Three Level Residential Structure, Beausejour, Gros Islet
St. Lucia, W. I.
This structure is a 2300 sq. ft. multi- story, single family, private residence.  The structure is supported on traditional strip footings, r.c. block walls and Speedfloor suspended slabs.
ACL’s role on this project is to serve as the Project Manager responsible for the production of structural design drawings, securing of construction approval from all relevant government agencies and the construction supervision during the construction phase of the project.

Private Residence at Balata
St. Lucia, W. I.
This project is a 3200 sq. ft. multi-story, multifamily private residence.  The structure is supported on traditional strop footing, r.c. block walls and Speedfloor suspended slabs.

Atlantic Breeze Condos
St. Lucia, W. I.
Atlantic Breeze Condominiums, situated in Cap Estate, is an apartment complex which consist of 3 units of 2 bedrooms and a studio apartment.
Amarna’s role on this project was the production of civil and structural design drawings. We were also responsible for creating renders and animations of the building in order to give the client the most realistic view of the finished product before the construction could commence.

Calabash Condos
St. Lucia, W. I.
Calabash Condos is a medium sized condominium development on just over ½ an acre of land. Phase 1 of the project consist of four, multi-leveled, 2 bedroom condo units
Amarna’s design–build role on this project includes producing structural engineering drawing for full approval by the relevant government approval agencies, liaises with said government bodies on behalf of the Client, and construction supervision.

Rendezvous Hill Condos
St. Kitts & Nevis, W. I.
Rendezvous hills is a proposed 40 unit, multi-storey, multi-building condominium development located in Frigate Bay, St Kitts. The structures are supported on load-bearing block walls, with reinforced concrete suspended floor and roof slabs, above a strip foundation .
As consultants on this project, ACL’s services included the structural design works for the building’s foundation and superstructure; the civil design works for the overall site planning which included the building placement, communal pool location, road network and parking layouts.

The Habour at Rodney Bay
St. Lucia, W. I.
The Habour is water-front townhouse development located on the Rodney Bay Marina. The 3 storey, multi-unit townhouses were constructed using a reinforced concrete beam and column frame, traditional reinforced concrete slab on grade and suspended slab and timber roof.
As consultants on this project, ACL’s services included the structural design works for the building’s foundation and superstructure, swimming pool and underground water tanks; the civil design works for the site drainage and mass earthworks; and the construction supervision works.

Villas on the Green
St. Lucia, W. I.
Villas on the Green is a townhouse development set on the 8th hole of the St Lucia Golf & Country Club. It consists of 20 semi-detached, two and three bedroom, villas, each … their own private plunge pool. The multi-leveled structures were concreted using reinforced concrete load bearing block walls, traditional reinforced concrete slab on grade and suspended slab and timber roof.
As consultants on this project, ACL’s services included the structural design works for the building’s foundation and superstructure, and swimming pool; the civil design works for the site; and some construction supervision works.

Private Residence at Rodney Bay
St. Lucia, W. I.
This modern design building is a multi-storey private residence. The structure is supported using reinforced concrete beams, columns and load bearing block walls seating on a pad and strip foundation. The suspended floors and roof slabs are also of reinforced concrete.
Amarna’s role included the production of structural design drawings for this project.

Private Residence at Laborie
St. Lucia, W. I.
ACL’s role on this project was to provide structural and foundation design for this 5-storey residential structure with post-tensioned suspended slabs, post-tensioned raft on elastic foundation and reinforced masonry load-bearing walls.  

 

Private Residence at Marigot Bay
St. Lucia, W. I.
This building is a 2-storey private residence. The sleeping quarters are below ground level, with a subterranean water tank located below the sleeping level. The structure is supported using reinforced concrete load bearing block walls seating on a strip foundation. The suspended floors are also of reinforced concrete.
Amarna’s role included the production of civil and structural design drawings for this project and construction supervision.

Private Residence at Beausejour

This modern design building is a 3-storey, self contained private residence. The structure is supported using reinforced concrete load bearing block walls seating on a strip foundation. The suspended floors and roof slabs are also of reinforced concrete.
Amarna’s role included the production of civil and structural design drawings for this project and construction supervision.

Urban Planning for Shangri La Estate Development
St. Lucia, W. I.
This 2 acre residential development consist of eight 2 and 3 bedroom single and multi storey detached units located in Balata, Castries.
Our contract on this project included the civil engineering design drawings for the master plan including the road network, infrastructure and subdivision layout; the structural engineering design drawings for the residential units and the project management and construction supervision.

Urban Planning for Belair Estate Development
St. Lucia, W. I.
Belair Estate is a proposed mixed-use residential and commercial development that covers 52 acres of land in the Belair area of Roseau Valley. The proposed development boast 229 single family 2-bedroom/1-bath and 3-bedroom/2-bath units, each with a open concept kitchen/living/dinning area floor plan. To accommodate the development’s occupants, Belair Estate will also be homes to its own self-contained commercial centre. Seated on just over an acre of land, the commercial centre will include amenities such as a green grocer/minimart, bakery/coffee shop, ice-cream parlour, daycare centre, gym, doctor’s office and pharmacy among other facilities. A public recreational park .
As consultants on this project, ACL’s services included the production of the conceptual designs for the civil infrastructure and structural designs for the entire project. These included the road network, subdivision layout, water reticulation and sewer disposal for the civil infrastructure works, structural designs for the residential units, commercial complex and recreational park.

Urban Planning for Cinnamon Hill Development
St. Lucia, W. I.
Cinnamon Hill is a proposed 26.82 acres mixed-use residential and commercial development located in Des Rameaux, Gros Islet. The residential portion of the development comprises 122 middle income 2 and 3 bedroom single family houses, with an open concept kitchen/living /dining area floor plan. The commercial area of the development will comprise a start of the art shopping/business complex.
As consultants on this project, ACL’s services included the review/redesign of the proposed civil infrastructure for the road network, subdivision layout, water reticulation and sewer disposal for the entire 26 acre site. 

Saffron Hills
St. Lucia, W. I.
Saffron Hills is a 13 acre contemporary residential development that includes modern stand-alone homes in 3 and 4 bedroom variations and smaller condominium apartments.
ACL was engaged by the developers to produce structural design foundation drawing for the houses along with civil engineering design drawing for each individual lot and the site as a whole.

Palms
St. Lucia, W. I.
Palms is a proposed residential apartment complex which sits on 6,884 sq meters of land located at Pigeon Point and comprise of nine 3 storey apartment building some of which are two and three bed room units. The complex will also contain a communal pool and an office building structure. Our contract on this project included the structural engineering design drawings for apartment units.
